What is Delivered when ordering a Template?

• LNC Web Templates will install the template files, including all images displayed, on the hosting web server for the customer.
• A detailed receipt will be delivered via email verifying the order.
• Using your order number or account name found in your email receipt, you can contact us at any time for free technical support via email. Limited phone support is also available. The first two support calls are free; additional calls are treated as billable technical support.
• If a new domain is also ordered, we will coordinate with SpeedyISP.net to create the customer's email account with their newly established domain. Or if the customer already has a domain and wishes to transfer hosting, we will help coordinate the transition to SpeedyISP.net.
• Once the account has been created, customers may log in to their account, access detailed instructions and further customize their site such as navigation within their site.
• If Macromedia Contribute is ordered, then we will send a Contribute connection key unique to the customer. Once the customer has installed their copy of Contribute, editing your site will be as simple as opening the connection key and browsing to the customer's website.

How will I add and update content on my website?
LNC Web Templates offers 3 solutions. Click here to view our matrix which breaks out issues to consider with each solution. We highly recommend using Macromedia Contribute for ease of use and total control.

What is required to purchase a LNC Web Template?

• Our templates are coded in ASP (Active Server Pages). This means the Web Hosting Provider must support ASP. Additionally, sites managed via Contribute require the Host to support FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to upload the website.
• We have partnered with a preferred Hosting Provider, SpeedyISP.net, to provide the superior reliability and functionality you expect. While hosting with SpeedyISP.net is not required to use one of our templates, it is strongly recommended.
• The customer must have Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher to manage their online account.
• Currently, LNC Web Templates only offers English language support.

What is the refund or exchange policy for purchasing a template?
Purchasing any template or service on our site indicates understanding and agreement with our Refund and Exchange Policy. Please ensure that you have carefully read the methods of updating your template site and concur that said methods are acceptable.

Since our products are exclusively digital (ie. website code), there is no way to physically "return" the product. We are however proud to offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee or exchange for another LNCWebTemplates.com template of equal value. Can I further customize my template or add options after making an order?
Once your account has been created after the order has been processed, you will be provided with an account to login to our Account Management site. Once you have logged in to this site, you will be presented with available upgrade options specific to your account.

How do I obtain help with Macromedia Contribute?
If you purchased Macromedia Contribute, please refer to Macromedia's award-winning customer support site for assistance. Macromedia was recently acquired by Adobe, but rest assured, Contribute is the same great product and is still referred to as "Macromedia Contribute". Extensive support is also available within Contribute.

How is the website navigation handled?
Once an order is processed, an account is created for access to an administrative online tool. This account management site allows for complete control over the title for each page and how many pages are displayed in the navigational menu (i.e. you can activate only 3 of the 5 pages until additional pages are prepared with content). Also, navigational links are database driven and protected from accidental damage by the end user.

What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates I purchase?
You may use the template to promote your business as long as the content is compliant with our Terms and Conditions Policy and Acceptable Usage Policy. You may not resell or redistribute our templates. Nor may you claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our templates. All products are property of LNCWebTemplates.com.

What are the advantages of purchasing a template website from LNCWebTemplates.com?
The major advantage is price. With our templates, you receive a high quality design for under $200. You will not have to hire a web designer or external web design studio. The second advantage is time frame. It usually takes 15-25 days for a good designer to produce a web page of similar quality and functionality.

Are there any recurring fees once a template is ordered?
No, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional or recurring charges. Please note, however, that in order for your site to be visible to the Internet, your site must be hosted with an ISP or hosting provider, which typically involves monthly billing. We have negotiated discounted monthly hosting with SpeedyISP.net, our preferred hosting provider.
